Here are the steps to recovering your Training Source account username:

Go to the Forgotten Password page.
Enter your Email address in the second field.
If your email address is found, and only used on one account, a reset password link will be sent to you
If your email address is used by more than account, you will need to contact help@training-source.org to retrieve your username.
